Mokum Textiles Outlet Store

The fabric wholesaler has opened an outlet store

to offload discontinued lines at 80 per cent less

than the retail price, with soft-furnishing textiles from $10 a metre. There are excellent pickings, including the highly durable suede (pictured above) that is ideal for upholstery. It comes in more than 15 colours and is $35 a metre (was $140).
